MR. VINAYAK R.

Mr Vinayak R. is an engineer by qualification and a teacher by passion. He holds a postgraduate degree in Leadership & Educational Change from the National Institute of Education, Singapore and Teachers College, Columbia University, USA and a post-graduate diploma in international education from Birmingham City University, the UK and Indus Training & Research Institute Bengaluru.

Vinayak is also an Educational Consultant and Teacher Trainer. He works with various organisations to fulfil their needs in training and development. Currently, his research interests are in emotional intelligence and social-emotional learning. He is the Secretary of Hubli Dharwad North Karnataka Sahodaya, a synergy of CBSE Schools of Hubli, Dharwad, Gadag, Koppal and Haveri districts.

At BVV, Mr Vinayak has been applying international best practices in education and is leading the school on its eternal journey to be the best.

Principal

SHRI V. M. ADNUR

Shri V. M. Adnur joined BVV in the year 2014. He holds post graduate degrees in Mathematics and Education. Prior to joining BVV, he served in a CBSE school for 18 years in various capacities.

At BVV, Mr. Adnur is instrumental in planning the curriculum and motivating the teachers to work beyond their comfort zones.

Under his leadership, a strong team has been built and together they work for the betterment of every student at BVV.

Ms. Mallika Ravi

Ms. Mallika Ravi is the Chairperson of BVV’s Early Learning Centre. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and took VRS from National Insurance Company after serving the company for three decades. She has also been the Agents’ coordinator and trained insurance agents in business development during her tenure in the insurance industry.

Ms. Mallika’s charm and ever-smiling face attract kids’ attention just like a magnet that attracts iron particles. She believes early childhood education should be holistic and develop students physically, mentally, and emotionally. At BVV’s ELC, she leads the team to meet these objectives which are also aligned with the school’s purpose of education.

SMT. R. VASANTHAKUMARI

Smt. R. Vasanthakumari who is lovingly called as Ganga Miss by all her students is the founder Head Mistress of BVV. She completed her teacher education and served as a teacher in various schools before joining BVV.

Mrs. Vasanthakumari has more than 3 decades of experience in pre – primary education. She strongly believes that any child can be nurtured with the passion and dedication of the teacher towards his/her work.

At BVV, Ms. Vasanthakumari has strived hard for the growth and development of the organization and currently heads the pre – primary wing.

Mr. Pramodsingh G Byali

Mr. Pramodsingh G Byali’s jounery with BVV began in 2014. He holds Master Degree in English and Bachelor Degree in Education. He has more than Six years of experience teaching English & Social Science to high school students.

Mr. Pramod is known for his creativity. He has trained the students in presenting unique and creative cultural performances in the Annual Day.

At BVV, Mr. Byali assists the Principal in academics and day-to-day administration and constantly mentors’ students to pursue not only academic excellence but also to be an all-rounder.

Ms. Savita B Tukol

Ms. Savita B Tukol joined BVV in the year 2008. She holds a Master Degree in Kannada and Bachelor Degree in Education. She has more than a decade experience in teaching.

Ms. Tukol is known for commitment and dedication towards her work. Her connect and love for students have been the bedrock of all her teaching and learning.

At BVV, Ms. Tukol heads the Kannada department and firmly believes in the values of the school as a means to unlock the potential of her students.

Ms. Preeti V Magalad

Ms. Preeti Magalad joined BVV in the year 2018. She holds master’s degrees in Kannada and Education. Before joining BVV, she had a short stint as a lecturer in a B.Ed college.

Ms. Preeti Magalad is a disciplinarian. She believes in empowering her students to accept responsibility for their actions and motivates students to be self-disciplined.

At BVV, Ms. Preeti Magalad is the Coordinator, in – charge of Primary section. She also teaches Kannada to high school classes.
